Michael has baked and cooked since childhood. Being an analytical excel nerd, he took on the gluten-free challenge with a rigorous testing methodology to create the absolute best all natural gluten-free products out there.

Michael’s drive and unwillingness to compromise taste, texture and looks is now what is the driving force behind the first products from OhAh Glutenfree.

As Michael is Danish, though living in Sweden, we've ensured that there's always something Danish on our packaging. And since he loves the colour orange, it also explains why our brand colour is orange. Yes - Michael does have matching shoes!
