And the only way to do that, is to create gluten-free products that will never leave you wanting for the "old days". Great flavours, fantastic texture, crumb and crust. Chewy, crispy, pillow-soft, crunchy, airy, caramelized.... just like the "real thing". But gluten-free.
It's pretty simple. Even though we usually get happy because some place (hotel, restaurant or just at friends house) offer gluten-free alternatives, the usual "inner" response is still "Oh" (as in a disappointed "Oh"). Because we know it's not really going to taste that good.
But with our products, it's always "Ah. What the f***. Is this really gluten-free?"
So that's how we came up with the name
