(Yes, because it's a divine gluten-free pizza.... No, because it's made from just natural flours and starches - nothing magic or divine intervention stuff).

Crispy crust. Pillow-soft & airy crumb. And a slice that holds it’s own weight? Gluten free pizza as it should be.

A gluten free pizza like no other and the closest thing to real pizza. Made entirely from natural ingredients - without wheat starch of course.

400gs makes for 3 pizza doughs of 265g each; 800gs makes for 6.

And yes, with a bit of additional water, sugar, yeast and oil - this also makes awesome focaccia. Read our recipies for more info

V2.0 is made WITHOUT HPMC (E464I which was the only "real" E-number we had in the previous version of the mix, and instead of whey or pea-protein, this updated mix is now made with rice protein, so it's vegan friendly.

Contains legume flours (red lentil flour).
