A pizza to die for? Focaccia as well? And this with our amazing sourdough preferment as a base? 

So basically this is a bag of our "normal" Pizza mix (which you can also use for Focaccia) BUT..... this version also includes small bag of our bread mix which you use as a sourdough base. Yes it takes a bit longer time than our usual yeasted pizza mix - but it is soooo worth it.

Just take the small bag of bread mix, add the necessary water and let it stay on the counter overnight - and hey presto, you have a sourdough preferment ready in the evening next day. Add this instead of yeast to the pizza mix and follow the recipes for either pizza or focaccia..... but instead of putting this in the fridge, you leave it on the counter for another 24 hours. So yes - you need to plan ahead :-) 48 long hours will give you the most satisfying gluten-free sourdough pizza or focaccia.

400gs (+40 grams of sourdough mix) makes for 3 pizza doughs of almost 300g each; 800gs (+80 grams of sourdough mix) makes for 6 pizzas.

V2.0 is made WITHOUT HPMC (E464I which was the only "real" E-number we had in the previous version of the mix, and instead of whey or pea-protein, this updated mix is now made with rice protein, so it's vegan friendly.

Contains legume flours (red lentil flour).
