Collection: V2.0 Flour Mixes

Our updated gluten-free flour mixes were created to be made without HPMC (E464 / Softbake) -  which was the only "real" E-number we had in the previous version of the mix. But we ended up with a baking result that was even better than our previous mix - and all from natural flours instead.

Also instead of having to choose between whey protein or pea-protein, this updated mix is now made with rice protein, so it's vegan friendly - and we'lll only have this one version going forward.
