Our most versatile flour mix yet, this bakes the softest, chewy, stretchy cinnamon buns and hamburger brioche style rolls. But also does amazing croissants, pastries as well as Swedish style "Semla" buns and "Limpa" loaves.
It is honestly so easy to work with - and is VEGAN FRIENDLY as all recipes are made with water only (no milk).
The secret to our amazing results - we use boiling water with a little of the mix first, to create a yudane (a kind of extra sticky, gluey small portion of dough) that you then use as a base for the rest of the dough.
