CHEWY, MOIST AND ABSOLUTELY CHOCOLATY BROWNIES
Making brownies with our Pizzza Mix gives you a wonderful caramelised crust, yet a moist and soft inside crumb. You won't regret it - and this recipe is the perfect balance of bitter dark chocolate and sweetness - with less sugar than most other recipes.
- 70 grams OhAh Pizza Mix
- 40 grams cocoa powder
- 180 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 200 grams caster sugar
- 90 grams ( brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 75 grams milk or dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Melt the butter while you pour the sugar into one bowl and the flour + cocoa into another.
When the butter is melted pour it into the sugar bowl and whisk. add the vanilla extract and stir.
Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring in between. use a sieve to pour in the cocoa and flour. stir.
Chop the chocolate and add to the batter. Pour the brownie batter into a pan (we line it with baking paper) and bake for 17 minutes, then turn and bake for another 17 minutes.
If you instead want to bake in muffins sizes, reduce baking time to 24 minutes (2*12 mins).
When done, place on a wire rack to cool.
