A gluten-free white bread flour mix that makes the most springy toast - soft & stretchy crumb and just enough bite. Or ciabattas with a crunchy crust or even baguettes. The list is probably longer than this.... and we'll get to make even more new recipes.

V2.0 is made WITHOUT HPMC (E464I which was the only "real" E-number we had in the previous version of the mix, and instead of whey or pea-protein, this updated mix is now made with rice protein, so it's vegan friendly.

Contains legume flours (chickpea, aqua faba powder and red lentil flour).
