Crispy crust. Chewy crumb. AND great flavour? Sourdough as it should be. But gluten-free. Made with real gluten-free sourdough. And you decide just how sour you want it. 48 hours proofing or 1.5 hours. No matter which way, the bread is amazingly good. And if you rather want to make dinner rolls, that's equally fine. There's a recipe for both baking in a bread pan (more water) or "free-baked" (less water).
